“Here’s something to add.”
Add one useful thing to what already works. Give it a job to do.

Got an idea that’s mostly a sentence and a feeling? Good. Let’s turn it into something you can actually explain, question, and test.
Based on William’s Just Vibe method and four thought modes from HelpOverload’s AI guide (opens a new tab). These exercises adapt them for business websites.
Start with the thought you have
Fill in what you know. This prepares an editable prompt you can paste into your AI chat, or use to explain the project to someone helping you.
It’s a template builder. It doesn’t call an AI, evaluate your business, or send your answers anywhere.
Pick one thing a visitor should be able to do. The rest of the imaginary empire can wait outside.
Prepared, not sent
Paste it into your chosen AI service yourself. Check that service’s privacy settings before sharing private business or customer information.

You can capture your next thought while it works. You still need to review what comes back.
What would help? One thought is enough to begin.
Write it as you would say it. The punctuation can catch up.
Give the idea to your AI with the facts and context you have.
Look at what came back. Confidence is not evidence.
Say what works, what doesn’t, and what you actually meant.
Keep what works. Improve the next small piece.
Read, click, and experience it as the person who will use it.
Is it useful enough to share, or does it need another pass?
Share the reviewed version when you choose. Then learn from real use.
The four thought modes
The names come from HelpOverload.
The website prompts below are practical adaptations.
Growth mode
Add one useful thing to what already works. Give it a job to do.
Correction mode
Point at the mismatch. You’re allowed to disagree with the robot.
Direction mode
Change the audience, goal, or approach. Make the change explicit.
Energy mode
Keep momentum with a clear next step. Enthusiasm is not a new scope.
